To live deeply and mindfully may be a better path to happiness than mindless consumerism ever could be. Being simple is a simple start really, try not to over complicate things. Taking time in nature and being one with your environment gives you a chance to practice the deep mindfulness mentioned in the previous post. If you are mindful and present than you can be aware of the world around you and of any opportunities that may come your way. Find the right examples to live by and by all means share them with your loved ones.
“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” – Leonardo daVinci
Be simple as the quote above states it is sophistication. Over-complicating things with too much stuff, too many shiny things, or just too much stuff in general is something that many people do. Everyday we see people mindfully chasing after consumer goods in the hopes that it will bring them fulfillment. Now, there are people who seek a simpler way of life. Minimalist, people who have willfully chosen not to have a lot of things. Many of them talk about how not having so much stuff makes them happier.
To live in harmony with nature is to live in harmony with ones self. Going out and spending time in nature can give you the chance to reconnect with what has been lost in this modern world. Many people have gone back to nature and have chosen to live off the grid. While some do it out of fear of society falling apart, other have chosen to help heal the Earth from the damage that we have done. Even just grounding by digging into the dirt can leave you feeling more connected.
Mindfulness was the subject of the last post and it bares repeating that to live deeply one must be present and mindful in the now. Being Mindful does take practice, but in the long run it has many benefits. It opens you up to opportunities that you may not have seen before and helps keep the stress level in your life down. Some people even say that mindfulness is the key to success. Be mindful, be open.

Find someone who is living deeply and live by their example. You don’t even have to know this person, simply imitate or aspire to be like your inspiration. Some choose Mother Teresa and others choose the Dali Lama, whoever you choose, make sure that they are the best role model for you. As you live by example you become an example. That gives you a chance to share what you have learned. Also, if you could be so kind to share this blog it would be greatly appreciated. Down below you can find the share buttons for Facebook, Twitter, and others.
If you live deeply and mindfully, happiness can be found within. It is not all that complicated, you can keep it simple. Spend time in nature, it will do you good. Be mindful of the present moment and see what you have missed while rushing round. Finally, live deeply through example; whether you are being one of living by the right example. Good luck and have a blessed week!
