Often times the sages and the wise have said that changing your negative thinking into something more productive. Negative thought will get you nowhere if you sit and stew in it. If you are thinking bad then chances are that you are going to feel bad and feeling like crap all of the time is no way to live. However, these words are meaningless if you don’t take action and make changes. While it might take awhile and a lot of practice but in the log run it will be worth it.
You can let your emotions control you or you can control your emotions. It has been said that there are two types of people in this world; those who are reactive and those who are proactive. If you are letting your emotions control you then you are being reactive. Control your emotions, analyze the situation, and then take action. Be proactive in taking care of big things as they come up. Don’t worry so much and take action when you can.
Make a change to be more forgiving of yourself and of other people. When you forgive others it does not excuse their behaviors, it frees you of the burden of constantly thinking about what they did to you. As for forgiving yourself it is a reminder that you are human and you make mistakes also. It is not license to be a doormat to others or as an excuse to continue making mistakes. Some people make that mistake about the nature of forgiveness but, really, it is about healing yourself from the slow acting poison of anger and hatred.
Without taking action you go nowhere. You can sit and dream all of the good thoughts and feelings of having what you want but, if you are not taking action, then all you have are dreams. Action is the art of taking the single step in the thousand mile journey. Then one more step, and one more as progress is made you come closer to your desires. Take the steps, don’t just sit around and dream your life away, get up and follow your dreams!
Be in the present moment and take care of the now. While it may seem that this is being repeated in this series of blog posts and it is, because it is a concrete foundation on which everything else is built. By being in the now you are not being ruled by the past or the future. While you are thinking about the past and what might have been, you are giving energy to regret. On the flip side if you are thinking too much about the future it might keep you from what you need to be doing to create your amazing future.
Don’t beat yourself up or anyone else for that matter; we all make mistakes, yourself included. It is better to work to fix the issues that led to the mistakes if you can. Dwelling on mistakes helps no one and could lead to the unraveling of the team. It is best to work together in a way that respects others views rather than playing the blame game. Come together and try to make the world a better place.

People know that but, they are sometimes unwilling to carry on and persist with constant crushing setbacks. Yes setbacks are frustrating and they sometimes hurt a lot, they even happen frequently. Many well known figures have faces setbacks and insurmountable odds but they persisted and that is why we remember them today.
